Built for behavioral-health clinicians

Clinical notes,written as you talk.

Nextvisit GO turns a recorded session into a structured progress note — SOAP, DAP, or BIRP — from a live transcript you can read and correct. You review every word before it is saved.

“…she mentioned her sleep has been a little better this week…”

SOAP note

Draft · editable

Subjective

Reports sleep improving to ~6 hrs/night since last visit. Continued low motivation but notes two days this week she went for a walk.

Objective

Alert, oriented. Affect brighter than prior session. Speech normal rate and rhythm. No SI/HI.

Assessment

MDD, moderate — partial response to current plan. Functional engagement trending up.

Plan

Continue weekly therapy. Maintain behavioral activation goals. Reassess sleep in 2 weeks.

From conversation to a finished note

Three steps, and you stay in the loop the whole way through.

Step 1

Record the session

Start a session and talk as you normally would. Audio streams straight through for transcription — it is never stored on our servers.

Step 2

Watch the transcript

Words land live as the conversation happens. When you stop, the full transcript is yours to read and correct before anything is generated.

Step 3

Generate the note

Your chosen template shapes a structured progress note from the transcript. Edit it inline, then save — the note is the record, not the audio.

The formats you already document in

Start from a standard template, or duplicate one and tailor the sections and guidance to how your team writes. Custom templates are shared across the team.

Built for protected health information

This is real clinical data. The posture is deliberate, not an afterthought.

Audio is never stored

Recordings stream for transcription and are discarded. There is no audio file sitting in a bucket somewhere.

You keep control of the words

Every transcript and note is clinician-edited and reviewable before it is saved. Nothing is filed without your read.

Access is scoped to you

Sessions are tied to the clinician who recorded them, behind non-enumerable URLs. You only ever see your own.

Logs record actions, not content

The activity log notes that a note was generated or saved — never the transcript, the note, or the audio.

Sessions can be permanently deleted — transcript and note removed outright, not just hidden.

Pick a template, record, and let the note write itself from the conversation — with you reviewing every line.
