Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nextvisit GO. By creating an account you agree to them.

Last updated: June 30, 2026

The service

Nextvisit GO transcribes a recorded session and drafts a structured clinical note from that transcript. It is a documentation aid. It does not provide clinical, diagnostic, or legal advice.

You are the clinician of record

Generated transcripts and notes are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving every note before it becomes part of a clinical record. The accuracy and clinical appropriateness of a saved note is yours, not the tool's.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is granted at the team level; owners manage their team's members and roles.

Acceptable use

Only record sessions you are authorized to record, with the consents your jurisdiction and practice require. Do not use the service to process data you have no right to process, or in any way that violates applicable law or a third party's rights.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account's billing portal. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
